Only the person who paid for the licence can see every seat and take one back.
Release is immediate. That computer loses Dhraconyx™ now. The slot is free for another machine.
The pack or plan still bills the same. Nothing is refunded. The old seat stays on the list as released so an audit can see it.
A released machine cannot sneak back onto a full pack. Sign in again only after a slot is free.
